Thanks to our friends at Iberictapas, you can discover the entire history and characteristics of these different snacks during an interesting 30-minute presentation and subsequent tasting. Come and taste the famous GILDAS, PINTXO (snack) with olives, chilli and preserved anchovies, most popular in the Basque Country but also common in many other places in Spain. Discover what LAS BANDERILLA is all about with smoked tuna and cheese made by hand, one by one. Enjoy MOJAMAD (salted tuna), an authentic Andalusian delicacy. Try the roasted paprika, one of the most popular products in the Balti Jaama market, at the Iberictapas store. We enjoy all of this, of course, with white (Rueda) and red (Ribera del Duero) wines from Spain, and of course we don’t miss picos, that is, those breadsticks that are very hard due to the low water content and with which we Spaniards enjoy many snacks.
